Why Short Hills Stays with Me
My family has years of history in Short Hills. My husband used to work at the old AT&T building across from the mall, so this corner of New Jersey became part of our regular life. On special occasions we'd get dressed up for The Dining Room at the Hilton — back when it was formal French fine dining and, for years, the only AAA Five-Diamond restaurant in the entire state, before it relaxed into the more casual place it is today. Now it's gentler pleasures: a bite at Eataly, or a slow walk through Greenwood Gardens when I need to clear my head.
But the memory that always makes me smile is at the mall — a giant glass ball sitting in the middle of a square fountain, with water pouring out of a hole in the top. My kids were spellbound by it. They wanted to climb inside and swim around like fish in a giant fishbowl. I think about that more than you'd expect. Kids find wonder in the most ordinary things — and honestly, it's a little like how I see a home. Where someone else sees a mess, I already see the beautiful, finished thing it's about to become.

What We Clean in Short Hills
In Short Hills we clean everything: single-family houses, apartments, condos and offices. Every space gets the same attention to detail, but no two are the same. A one-bedroom apartment and a full house need different time and a different plan, so we always look at your space, in person or in photos, before we give you a price.
What's Included
- Regular cleaning: kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, dusting of surfaces and fixtures, vacuuming and mopping of all floors, trash removed and rooms tidied.
- Deep cleaning: everything in a regular clean, plus inside appliances and cabinets, baseboards, vents and window sills, walls spot-cleaned and light fixtures. We move the furniture, and when possible we flip the sofa to clean underneath it. It's my favorite kind of job.
- We also do move-in and move-out cleaning, recurring cleaning, organizing and office cleaning.
Cleaning Services in Short Hills
From weekly house cleaning to post-construction cleanup — Clean Bee covers every need for Short Hills, NJ residents and businesses.
Pricing and Estimates
Every home is different, so we price each one individually, based on its size, the type of cleaning and how often you'd like us to come. As a starting point: recurring cleaning starts at $150 per visit, a one-time clean at $180, and a deep clean or move-in/move-out clean at $300. For the best price, I like to come see your home in person. If that isn't convenient, we can also quote by phone or from photos you send us. Estimates are always free.
