For end-of-lease cleaning, tell us within 72 hours of our cleaning, ideally with photos or your landlord's inspection notes, and we'll come back within 48 hours to fix anything on our checklist, free. The promise covers our cleaning. It doesn't cover damage that was already there, permanent stains or anything that needs a repair.

What New Jersey Law Says About Your Deposit

Under New Jersey law, your landlord must return your security deposit, plus any interest it earned, within 30 days after your lease ends. If the landlord keeps any of it, they must send you an itemized list of the deductions within those 30 days. Deductions must follow your lease, and a landlord can deduct for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. We can't decide what your landlord does, but we can make sure the cleaning is done right.

End-of-lease cleaning starts at $300. Your exact price depends on the size of the home, its condition and any add-ons. For the best price, I like to see the home in person. If that isn't convenient, we can also quote by phone or from photos you send us. Estimates are always free.
